Once again the ATF has shown their hand. For years people have been waiting for the ATF to clamp down on the training industry, and it looks like that is finally happening. Today we became aware of a ban on the importation of UTM Non-Lethal Training Ammunition (NLTA) for civilian use. Unsurprisingly, this does nothing to impact their acquisition by the military or government agencies, only the average citizen. Here is UTM’s statement on this recent change.
