Yesterday we learned of an alleged attempt to ban private gun sales by the current administration and ATF. The news was broken by Empower Oversight, shared by their current president Tristan Leavitt via X.

🚨🚨🚨 @EMPOWR_us has learned through whistleblowers within ATF that at the direction of the White House, ATF has drafted a 1,300 page document to justify a rule effectively banning the private sale of firearms. 🧵

Either way, be sure to contact your Congressmen to make your voice heard. Laws banning private gun sales only hurt law abiding citizens, don't let your rights disappear without a say.
