In 2013 the world lost shooting legend Tom Knapp who had partnered with CZ-USA only 3 years prior. The newly announced CZ world record attempt is sure to build on the legacy that Tom left when he passed as well as bring some fresh faces into the record-breaking spotlight.
The record to be challenged is the most clay targets shot in a 12-hour period. In order to break the record, a 5-person team will need to break 4,602 targets. That means that the 5 person team will need to break more than 6 targets per minute in order to meet the lofty goal. (Thanks for the catching the error Kate!)
CZ-USA has named CZ Pro Shooter David Miller as the lead shooter and is seeking four more shooters 16-years or older at the time of the official Guinness World Record attempt on October 12, 2019.

I think your math is a little off. 4,602 / 12 / 60 = 6.39 targets PER MINUTE. Still, no small feat.
Ha! Thanks for catching that, it has been edited in the original post.
